Im a regular customer, and everytime they go the extra mile not only to make you happy but also to blowout the recipient away, they have so much knowledge and passion for what they do believe its not about the money for them its about to make you super happy and every single time they show how much this job means to them, super amazing customer service, and they understand why you are reaching out by listening to you and getting to know the purpose of your purchase, im located in valdosta georgia, and everytime I let them know what I need and they make the arrangements base on what we talked, Julie and her husband they make it happen I mean like calling them always the last minute, sometimes the same day like placing a order on Christmas day and getting the order delivered the same day, always wow, I will always go to them for any occasion. I cannot recommend this florist enough! From the very first phone call, I knew she was the one I wanted to work with. She was so sweet and personable—she took the time to chat with me, share a bit about her family and her move to Orlando, and just made me feel instantly at ease. I reached out to her on a Sunday, and with my wedding happening that Thursday (!), she pulled off a small miracle. I sent her a photo of a bouquet I loved, and she immediately reassured me that she could create something similar within my budget. And she absolutely delivered—my bouquet and boutonniere were perfect.
